摘要
试验旨在研究不同乳化剂对肉鸭生长性能和屠宰性能的影响。960只16日龄健康肉鸭随机分成5组,每组8个重复,每个重复24只,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验B、C、D、E组分别在基础日粮中添加不同类型乳化剂。试验期24 d。结果显示:饲粮添加乳化剂能够显著降低肉鸭料肉比(P<0.05),对体增重、采食量、屠宰率、半净膛率、全净膛率、胸肌率均无显著影响(P>0.05),有提升腿肌率、降低腹脂率趋势(P>0.05)。研究提示肉鸭饲粮中添加乳化剂可改善饲料转化效率,降低腹脂沉积。
The experiment aimed to study the effects of different emulsifiers on growth performance and slaughter performance of meat ducks.Nine hundred and sixty 16-day-age healthy meat ducks were randomly divided into five groups with eight replicates per group and each replicate of 24 ducks,and the control group(group A)was fed with basal diet,and group B,C,D and E were fed with basal diet adding emulsifier products with different active ingredients.The experiment period lasted 24 days.The results showed that adding emulsifier products with different active ingredients could significantly reduce the feed-to-meat ratio(P<0.05),which had no significant effect on weight gain,feed intake,dressed percentage,percentage of half-eviscerated weight with giblet,percentage of eviscerated yield,percentage of breast muscle yield(P>0.05);There was a trend to improve the percentage of leg muscle yield and reduce the percentage of abdominal fat yield(P>0.05).It′s suggested that adding emulsifiers to meat duck diet could improve the feed conversion rate and reduce diposation of abdominal fat.
