饲粮添加丁酸钠对黄羽肉鸡生产性能、血清生化指标、消化功能和肠道形态的影响 被引量:23

Effects of Sodium Butyrate on Growth Performance,Serum Biochemical Indicators,Digestive Function and Intestinal Morphology in Broilers

摘要 试验旨在比较不同剂型与剂量丁酸钠对肉鸡生产性能、血清生化指标、消化功能和肠道形态的影响。将1 000只1日龄健康岭南黄羽肉鸡随机分为5个处理组。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组分别在基础饲粮中添加粉剂丁酸钠500 mg/kg、包膜丁酸钠250、500和750 mg/kg,饲养方式为地面木屑垫料平养,试验期为50 d。结果表明:1与对照组相比,试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ组显著提高了1~21日龄肉鸡日增重并显著降低了料重比(P〈0.05)。2与对照组相比,试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ组血清NO浓度显著降低(P〈0.05),且Ⅲ组血清尿酸浓度和Ⅳ组血浆D-乳酸水平也显著降低(P〈0.05)。3试验组十二指肠和空肠胰蛋白酶和脂肪酶活力均显著高于对照组(P〈0.05)。包膜制剂对空肠胰蛋白酶活力影响明显优于粉剂(P〈0.05)。4与对照组相比,试验组十二指肠、空肠绒毛高度和Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组回肠绒毛高度及空肠、回肠V/C(绒毛高度/隐窝深度)均显著增高(P〈0.05),Ⅲ、Ⅳ组十二指肠V/C、Ⅰ组空肠V/C也分别显著提高(P〈0.05)。由此提示,丁酸钠具有改善肉鸡消化功能、肠道形态及前期生长性能及饲料利用率的功效,且丁酸钠包膜制剂的作用效果优于粉剂。 The experiment was conducted to evaluate and compare the effects of different forms and doses of Sodium butyrate on growth performance,serum biochemical indicators,digestive function and the intestinal morphology in broilers.One thousand one-day-age Lingnan Yellow-feathered broilers were randomly divided into 5 groups. Broilers in the control group were fed a basal diet,experiment group Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ were fed basal diets supplemented with 500 mg/kg powder sodium butyrate(NaB),250,500,750 mg/kg microencapsulated sodium butyrate(CNaB),respectively. The feeding model was ground rearing. The experiment lasted for 50 days. The results showed as follows:1Compared with the control group,average daily gain and feed efficiency in group Ⅱ,Ⅲ was significantly improved in the early stage(1 to 21 days)(P〈0.05).2Compared with the control group,the serum nitric oxide(NO)was decreased significantly in group Ⅱ,Ⅲ(P〈0.05).The content of serum uric acid(UA)in group Ⅲ and the plasma D-lactic acid in group Ⅳ were significantly decreased(P〈0.05). 3Compared with control group,the trypsinase and lipase activity of duodenum and jejunum were significantly promoted in experimental groups(P〈0.05). 4 Compared with the control group,the villus height of duodenum and jejunum in experimental groups was significantly improved;The villus height of ileum and the villus height/crypt depth(V/C)ratio of jejunum,ileum in group Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ were significantly improved(P〈0.05);the V/C ratio of jejunum in group Ⅲ,Ⅳ and those of duodenum in group Ⅰ was significantly improved(P〈0.05),respectively. In conclusion,diets supplemented with sodium butyrate could improve the digestive function,maintain the intestinal morphology,promote the growth performance and increase the nutrient digestibility in the early stage(1 to 21 days)and CNaB was more beneficial than NaB.
