摘要
为促进黄羽肉鸡安全、高效、健康养殖,文章总结了黄羽肉鸡饲料营养方面的国内外最新相关文献,从黄羽肉鸡精准能量营养需要预测模型、适宜营养水平、肉品质和免疫机能营养调控技术、非常规饲料原料安全高效利用技术等方面的研究现状进行了综述,对肉鸡产业未来发展趋势进行了分析,并提出相关建议。总体上,近期对黄羽肉鸡营养需要方面的研究主要集中在能量需要量模型与矿物质需要量上,对黄羽肉鸡营养调控技术的研究主要集中在微量元素、植物提取物添加剂与酶制剂的应用。
In order to promote the safe,efficient and healthy production of yellow-feathered chickens,this paper summarized current domestic and foreign researches on nutrition and feed of yellow-feathered chickens.It summed up studies about prediction model of precise energy requirement,appropriate nutrition level,regulation technology of meat quality and immune function of yellow-feathered chickens,and technology of the safe and efficient use of unconventional feed resources,analyzed the trend of future research,and put forward the corresponding suggestions.In general,the recent research on the nutrient requirement of yellow-feathered chickens mainly focused on the energy demand model and mineral demand,and the research on the technology of nutritional regulation mainly focused on the application of trace elements,plant extract additives and enzyme preparations.
