植物乳杆菌P-8对热应激肉鸡生产性能、血液指标和肠道形态及免疫功能的影响 被引量:15

Effect of Lactobacillus plantarum P-8 on Production Performance, Serum Parameters, and Intestinal Morphology and Immunity of Heat-Stressed Broilers

摘要 研究探讨了日粮添加植物乳杆菌P-8对热应激肉鸡生产性能、血液指标和肠道形态及免疫功能的影响。300只28日龄Ross308肉鸡随机分成3组,每组10个重复,每个重复10只鸡。3组分别为常温组、热应激组、热应激+植物乳杆菌P-8组。结果显示:热应激降低了肉鸡的平均日增重和采食量、血液淋巴细胞数量、血清三碘甲状腺氨酸水平,提高了血液白细胞、嗜异性白细胞数量、嗜异性白细胞/淋巴细胞、血清肌酐激酶活性和皮质醇水平,降低了空肠绒毛高度和绒隐比、上皮内淋巴细胞数和分泌型免疫球蛋白A水平,提高了黏膜白介素-1和α-肿瘤坏死因子水平(P<0.05);日粮添加植物乳杆菌P-8提高了热应激肉鸡的生产性能,血液和黏膜免疫能力,降低了炎症反应,并改善了空肠绒毛形态(P<0.05)。研究表明,植物乳杆菌P-8具有缓解热应激肉鸡生产性能、肠道形态及免疫功能损伤的效果。 The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of Lactobacillus plantarum P-8 on production performance,serum parameters,intestinal morphology and immunity of heat-stressed broilers.Three hundred Ross308 broilers at28 days of age were randomly allocated to three groups with ten replicates per group and ten broilers per replicate.The three groups were treated as the normal temperature,heat stress and heat stress plus Lactobacillus plantarum P-8,respectively.The results showed that heat stress reduced average daily gain,average daily feed intake,blood lymphocyte count and serum triiodothyronine level and increased blood leukocytes count,number of heterophils,heterophils/lymphocytes,serum creatinine kinase activity and cortisol levels.Heat stress decreased jejunum villus height and villus height/crypt depth ratio,jejunal intraepithelial lymphocyte count and mucosal secretory immunity globulin A level and increased jejunal mucosal interleukin-1 and alpha-tumor necrosis factor levels of broilers(P<0.05).Dietary Lactobacillus plantarum P-8 improved the performance,intestinal morphology and mucosal immune function and depressed the inflammatory response in heat-stressed broilers(P<0.05).In conclusion,Lactobacillus plantarum P-8 effectively alleviated the adverse effects of heat stress on growth performance,intestinal morphology and immunity of broilers.
