正念减压疗法对护士职业获益感、职业倦怠的影响研究 被引量:16

Study on effects of mindfulness-based stress reduction on nurses’ perceived professional benefits and job burnout

摘要 目的了解正念减压疗法(MBSR)对护士职业获益感、职业倦怠的干预效果。方法采用随机抽样法,根据纳入排除标准,于2018年9月—2019年9月选取遵义医科大学第三附属医院84名护士作为调查对象,按随机数字表法将其随机分为7组,每组12人,对其进行为期8周的MBSR干预。分别在干预前后运用护士职业获益感量表、服务版职业倦怠量表对护士进行测评,评价MBSR的干预效果。结果84名护士中最终73名完成了8周MBSR干预,护士职业获益感总分、正向职业感知、良好护患关系及自身成长维度得分明显高于干预前,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05),亲友认同与团队归属感维度得分与干预前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护士职业倦怠总分、情绪衰竭和去个性化维度得分明显低于干预前,个人成就感维度得分明显高于干预前,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论MBSR可能是提升护士职业获益感的一种心理学方法,能降低因压力而引起的职业倦怠,护理管理者应在医院积极开展该干预项目,使护士了解和掌握MBSR的基本理念和技术,以缓解护士的职业倦怠、提升职业获益感。 Objective To explore the intervention effect of mindfulness-based stress reduction(MBSR)on nurses’perceived professional benefits and job burnout.Methods Using random sampling method,according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,84 nurses from the Third Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical University were selected as the research object from September 2018 to September 2019,and they were randomly divided into seven groups according to the random number table method,12 nurses in each group.The intervention of MBSR was performed for eight weeks.The nurses were evaluated using the nurse’s perceived professional benefits scale and the MBI-human services survey before and after the intervention.Results Totally 73 of 84 nurses finally completed the eight-week MBSR intervention.The total scores of perceived professional benefits,and the scores of positive professional perception,good nurse-patient relationship,and self-growth dimensions in nurses after the intervention were significantly higher than those before the intervention,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the scores of relatives and friends identification and team belonging dimensions between before and after the intervention(P>0.05).The total scores of job burnout,and the scores of emotional exhaustion and depersonalization dimensions in nurses after the intervention were significantly lower than those before the intervention,while the score of personal accomplishment dimension after the intervention was significantly higher than that before the intervention,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion MBSR may be a psychological method to improve the nurses’perceivedprofessional benefits,and it can reduce the job burnout caused by stress.Nursing managers should actively carry out this intervention project in hospitals,to make nurses understand and master the basic concepts and technologies of MBSR,so as to alleviate nurses’job burnout and improve their perceived professional benefits.
