摘要
目的 探讨护士长工作疲溃感、工作压力源及应对方式的水平及其之间的关系。方法 采用问卷调查法,调查了广州市5家三级甲等综合医院的200名护士长的工作疲溃感、工作压力源、应对方式及其之间的相互关系。结果 护士长的工作压力为中等水平,其首要工作压力为工作量与时间分配方面,最大压力源为非护理性工作太多;护士长情绪疲溃感与工作无成就感均为高度,工作冷漠感为中度;护士长的工作压力与情绪疲溃感和工作冷漠感呈正相关,与工作无成就感不相关;应对方式对护士长工作疲溃感有影响,积极应对有助于降低护士长的工作无成就感,消极应对可以加重情绪疲溃感和工作冷漠感的产生。结论 护士长的工作疲溃感严重,并受工作压力及应对方式影响,建议关注护士长工作压力的主要影响因素及减轻护士长的非护理性工作,加强对护士长管理知识、心理知识及专业知识的培训,提高其积极应对技巧。
Objective This study aims to investigate the work related stressors, the level of burnout and the coping strategies of head nurses,and to find out the relationship of them.Methods The burnout, work related stress,coping strategies of two hundred head nurses and the relationship were investigated in five hospitals in Guangzhou with questionnaires and interview.Results The work related stress of head nurses was in the middle level.The main work related stress of head nurses came from workload and time distribution. The most important stressor was excess non nursing work. The emotion exhaustion and decreased personal accomplishment of head nurses were in the high level. Depersonalization of head nurses was in the middle level. This study showed that the work related stress was positively related to emotion exhaustion and depersonalization but was not related to personal accomplishment. Coping strategies might influence the burnout of head nurses. Active coping was helpful to keep the personal achievement of head nurses. Passive coping might fortify the emotion exhaustion and depersonalization.Conclusion The level of burnout of head nurses was relatively high. It was influenced by work related stress, coping strategy.It is suggested to pay more attention to the cause of stress, reduce the non nursing work, intensify the education of head nurses,including management knowledge, psychological knowledge and professional knowledge, enhance the active coping capability.
