摘要
目的对合理情绪疗法联合柔性管理理念对急诊科护士职业倦怠感的影响进行探讨。方法选取2018年4月至2019年4月我院医护急诊科医护人员36名,作为本次研究对象,采取盲选的方式平均分为实验组和对照组各18例,对照组不进行情绪疗法联合柔性管理理念,实验组进行情绪疗法联合柔性管理理念。结果两组职业怠倦感评分情况对比:干预前两组职业怠倦感评分无显著差异,P>0.05,干预后实验组职业怠倦感评分明显优于对照组,P<0.05。结论合理情绪疗法联合柔性管理理念对急诊科护士职业倦怠感具有积极作用,有利于医护人员重拾工作的激情和信心,提高其心理素质、职业水平。
Objective To explore the effect of reasonable emotional therapy combined with flexible management concept on the job burnout of nurses in emergency department.Methods From April 2018 to April 2019,36 doctors and nurses in the emergency department of our hospital were selected as the subjects of this study.They were divided into experimental group and control group in an average of 18 cases by blind selection.The control group did not carry out emotional therapy combined with flexible management concept,while the experimental group carried out emotional therapy combined with flexible management concept.Results Comparison of the scores of the two groups:before the intervention,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05),the scores of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of reasonable emotional therapy and flexible management concept has a positive effect on the job burnout of nurses in the emergency department,which is helpful for the medical staff to regain their passion and confidence in their work and improve their psychological quality and professional level.
