摘要
目的:调查实习护生职业获益感与共情能力、共情疲劳的现状并分析其相关性。方法:采用方便抽样法选取福建省某三甲医院的201名实习护生为研究对象,应用职业获益感量表、杰弗逊共情量表、共情疲劳量表进行调查。结果:护生的职业获益感、共情能力、共情疲劳总分分别为(59.95±16.27)、(80.68±9.44)、(93.42±15.07)分;职业获益感与共情疲劳呈负相关(r=-0.428,P<0.01),与共情能力呈正相关(r=0.495,P<0.01)。结论:实习护生的职业获益感较低,共情能力处于中等水平,共情疲劳达到重度,职业获益感与二者存在相关性。
Objective:To explore the status of perceived professional benefits,empathy ability and empathy fatigue of nursing interns,and to analyze the correlation among them.Methods:201 nursing interns from a tertiary general hospital in Fujian Province were selected by convenience sampling.They were investigated with the Professional Benefit Scale,Jefferson Empathy Scale and Empathy Fatigue Scale.Results:The total scores of professional benefits,empathy ability and empathy fatigue of nursing interns were(59.95±16.27),(80.68±9.44)and(93.42±15.07)respectively;professional benefits was negatively correlated with empathy fatigue(r=-0.428,P<0.01)and positively correlated with empathy ability(r=0.495,P<0.01).Conclusion:The perceived professional benefits is at a low level,the empathy ability is at a medium level and the empathy fatigue is at a severe level of nursing interns.There is a correlation among perceived professional benefits and the other two.
