摘要
代谢性疾病是常见的内分泌疾病,其发病机制与神经-内分泌-免疫紊乱、胰岛素抵抗、氧化应激、慢性炎性反应、肠道菌群失调等密切相关。化浊解毒方由课题组研制,主要应用于治疗代谢性疾病,现已制成天津中医药大学第一附属医院的院内制剂,临床疗效佳。文章从理论探析、临床和机制层面总结化浊解毒方治疗代谢性疾病的相关文献,发现该方清肝理脾,化浊解毒,广泛应用于糖尿病、高脂血症、肥胖症等代谢性疾病,改善糖脂代谢,改善胰岛素抵抗,抑制炎症反应。该研究综述了化浊解毒方治疗代谢性疾病的研究现状,为其后续研究和应用提供参考,也为中医药防治代谢性疾病提供新思路。
Metabolic diseases are common endocrine diseases,and their pathogenesis is closely associated with neuro-endocrine-immune disorders,insulin resistance,oxidative stress,chronic inflammatory response,and intestinal flora dysbiosis.Huazhuo Jiedu Formula(化浊解毒方,HZJDF)developed and applied to metabolic diseases by our team,has now been made into a Chinese herbal formula within the First Teaching Hospital of Tianjin University of traditional Chinese medicine,with good clinical efficacy.This study summarizes the relevant literature on the treatment of metabolic diseases with the HZJDF from the theoretical analysis,clinical mechanism,finding that this formula can clear the liver fire and regulate the spleen qi,resolving turbidity and removing toxins.It is widely used in metabolic diseases such as diabetes mellitus,hyperlipidaemia,and obesity,to ameliorate glucolipid metabolism and insulin resistance,and to inhibit inflammatory reactions.This study summarizes the current research status of HZJDF for the treatment of metabolic diseases,providing reference for its subsequent research and application as well as novel ideas for the prevention and treatment of metabolic diseases with traditional Chinese medicine.
