摘要
通过探析膏脂生理特点及病理变化,为防治慢性代谢性疾病奠定基础。膏脂作为精微物质,质同态异,其生理特点是以津液为体、以气为用,病理变化有膏脂冗余和不足两种。膏脂代谢异常,可向痰、湿、浊、郁、瘀等病邪转化,诱发诸多慢性代谢性疾病。结合以糖脂代谢紊乱为特点的慢性代谢性疾病的病变特点,管窥膏脂理论在防治慢性代谢性疾病及发展微观辨证的价值,希冀逐步形成系统的理论体系,发挥中医"治未病"的优势。
This paper analyzed the physiological characteristics and pathological changes of lipids,laying the foundation for the prevention and treatment of chronic metabolic diseases.As essential substances,lipids have different forms in same nature such as gao(膏)and zhi(脂),and have two types of pathological changes which are lipids excess and deficiency.When there is abnormality of lipids metabolism,lipids may transform into the pathogenic phlegm,damp,turbidity,constraint and stasis,inducing many chronic metabolic diseases.In future,systematic theories are expected to be developed to highlight the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in“treating disease before it arises”,by following the pathological principle that chronic metabolic diseases are characterized by glycolipid metabolism disorder,and taking advantages of lipids theory in the prevention and treatment of chronic metabolic diseases and the development of microscopic syndromes differentiation.
