摘要
"肝脾相关"理论是五脏相关理论的重要组成部分,肝失疏泄、脾失健运是糖脂代谢性疾病发生的重要中医病机。近年来,越来越多的证据指向糖脂代谢性疾病和肠道微生态环境改变密切相关,而中医药对肠道微生态的调控作用也成为研究热点。因此在中医"肝脾相关"理论指导下,以调控肠道微生态为切入点,深入探讨疏肝健脾法对糖脂代谢性疾病的防治作用,将有助于开辟中西医结合防治糖脂代谢性疾病的新思路。
the theory of liver and spleen correlations is an important part of the theory of five viscera,and liver leakage and spleen loss is an important cause of glycolipids metabolic disease.In recent years,more and more evidence points to the closely related relationship between glycoliferous metabolic diseases and intestinal microecological environment changes,and the regulatory role of Chinese medicine on intestinal microecology has also become a research hotspot.Therefore,under the guidance of the theory of"liver and spleen correlation"in traditional Chinese medicine,taking the control of intestinal microecology as an entry point,the in-depth discussion on the prevention and treatment of glycolipids metabolic diseases by the method of liver and spleen nursing will help to open up new ideas for the prevention and treatment of glycolipids metabolic diseases by combining Chinese and Western medicine.
