摘要
“四高症”是与代谢性相关的高血压病、高血糖、高脂血症和高尿酸血症的简称,与代谢综合征关系密切。这四种疾病都与生活方式失衡所引起的能量代谢异常密切相关,均可出现不同程度的胰岛素抵抗。从中医临床角度来看,四高症具有相似的病因病机,饮食失节是其关键致病因素,气化不利,湿痰瘀毒内生为主要病机演变过程。因此在辨证治疗上,基于异病同治理论,可采取相同的治则来诊治“四高症”等代谢性疾病,健脾化湿,同时注重未病先防,以达到治疗四高症标本兼顾的目的。
"Four high diseases"are the abbreviation of metabolic related hypertension,hyperglycemia,hyperlipidemia and hyperuricemia.These four diseases are closely related to the abnormal energy metabolism caused by diet imbalance and lifestyle changes,which can cause insulin resistance to varying degrees.From the clinical perspective of Chinese medicine,the occurrence and development of the four high diseases have similar causes and pathogenesis.Diet disorder is the key pathogenic factor,adverse gasification and endogenous dampness phlegm stasis toxin are the main pathogenesis evolution process.Therefore,in terms of syndrome differentiation and treatment,the same treatment principle can be adopted to treat metabolic diseases such as"four high diseases"based on the principle of treating different diseases with the same treatment,invigorate spleen to eliminate dampness and pay attention to the prevention before the disease,so as to achieve the purpose of treating both the symptoms and root causes of four high disease.
