摘要
互联网技术的发展一方面创造出前所未有的文明成果,另一方面也带来了困境和危机,作为依托互联网平台而产生的平台资本主义,通过数据和算法胁迫数字劳动者被异化为孤立分散的“数字人”,并失去数据主权和陷入主体性危机。针对数字劳动者所面临的困境和挑战,有必要重新审视以“走向联合的共同体”为出路的可行路径,通过“去中心化”技术重构数据主权,唤醒主体意识以重建“集体性”,创新“互联网+工会”模式构建数字工会,从而形成一个具有凝聚力和集体意识的共同体,有效维护自身权益。
The development of Internet technology has created unprecedented civilizational achievements on the one hand,and dilemmas and crises on the other.Platform capitalism,which emerges from Internet platforms,coerces digital laborers to be alienated into isolated and scattered“digital individuals”through data and algorithms,resulting in the loss of data sovereignty and a crisis of subjectivity.It is necessary to re-examine the feasible path of“moving towards a united community”to address the dilemmas and challenges faced by digital laborers.By reconstructing data sovereignty through“decentralized”technology,awakening the consciousness of subjectivity to rebuild“collectivity”,and innovating the“Internet+trade union”model to build digital unions,a cohesive community with collective consciousness can be formed to effectively safeguard their own rights and interests.
