摘要
文章以中国30个省份2011—2022年的面板数据为样本,实证考察新质生产力对农业农村高质量发展的影响效应与作用机制。研究结果表明,新质生产力能显著促进农业农村高质量发展,在经过一系列稳健性与内生性检验后,结论仍旧成立;资源要素配置效率和资源要素配置结构在新质生产力促进农业农村高质量发展的过程中具有中介效应;产业结构升级能够正向调节两者之间的关系;相对于非粮食主产区,粮食主产区新质生产力对农业农村高质量发展的推动作用更显著;从新质生产力各维度来看,新质劳动者对农业农村高质量发展的促进作用更大。
This paper takes 30 provinces in China from 2011 to 2022 as samples to empirically examine the impact and mechanism of new-quality productivity on the high-quality development of agriculture and rural areas.The results are shown as follows:New-quality productivity can significantly promote high-quality development of agriculture and rural areas.After robustness tests and endogeneity treatments are carried out,the results remain robust and effective.The efficiency and structure of resource element allocation play a mediating role in promoting high-quality development of agriculture and rural areas through new-quality productivity.The upgrading of industrial structure can positively regulate the relationship between new-quality productivity and high-quality development of agriculture and rural areas.Compared with non-major grain producing areas,the new-quality productivity in major grain producing areas plays a more significant role in promoting the high-quality development of agriculture and rural areas.From the perspective of each dimension of the new-quality productivity,the new-quality workers play a greater role in promoting the high-quality development of agriculture and rural areas.
