冗余资源对林业上市公司数字化转型的影响研究——基于社会网络的调节效应分析 被引量:8

摘要 在数字经济蓬勃发展和外部环境不确定因素增加的背景下,冗余资源作为企业内多余的、尚未使用的资源,一定程度上能为企业数字化转型提供资源支撑。但不同类型的冗余资源对企业数字化转型的影响尚未形成共识,值得进一步探讨。文章选取2011-2022年51家A股林业上市公司为研究样本,使用双向固定效应模型、调节效应模型研究了财务冗余和人力资源冗余对林业上市公司数字化转型影响。结果表明:(1)财务冗余和人力资源冗余均与公司数字化转型之间呈倒U型关系,拐点值分别为0.3342和0.0477。越过拐点,冗余资源会抑制公司数字化表现。(2)社会网络的调节效应显著,会强化冗余资源与公司数字化转型之间的倒U型关系。(3)当前样本公司两类冗余资源均未越过拐点值,且对数字化转型的影响存在公司特征异质性。文章以社会网络作为调节变量,在同一框架内分析冗余资源对林业公司数字化转型影响以及社会网络的调节作用,弥补了现有研究的空白,既丰富了冗余资源研究的理论体系,也为公司数字化转型影响因素研究提供了新视角和实证证据。基于研究结论,提出政策启示:一要注重区分公司内部不同冗余资源的异质性;二要关注冗余资源的“双刃剑”作用;三要重视社会网络在资源与企业发展之间的调节作用;四要基于公司异质性,给予资金、人才支持和政策激励,助推公司数字化转型。 In the context of the booming development of digital economy and the increasing uncertainty of external environment,redundant resources,as redundant and unused resources within enterprises,can provide resource support for the digital transformation of enterprises to some extent.However,there is no consensus on the impact of different types of redundant resources on the digital transformation of enterprises,which is worth further discussing.This paper selected 51 A-share listed forestry companies from 2011 to 2022 as the research sample,studied the impact of financial redundancy and human resource redundancy on the digital transformation of listed forestry companies by using two-way fixed effect model and moderating effect model.The results showed that:(1)Financial redundancy and human resource redundancy showed inverted U-shaped relationship with the digital transformation of the companies,and the inflection point value were 0.3342 and 0.0477,respectively.Beyond the inflection point,redundant resources could inhibit the digital performance of the companies.(2)The moderating effect of the social network was significant,which would strengthen the inverted U-shaped relationship between redundant resources and the digital transformation of the companies.(3)At present,the two redundant resources of the sample companies had not crossed the inflection point value,and the impact on the digital transformation had the heterogeneity of the company characteristics.This paper used social networks as moderating variables to analyze the impact of redundant resources on the digital transformation of forestry companies and the moderating effect of social networks within the same framework.It filled the gap in existing research,enriched the theoretical system of redundant resource research,and provided new perspectives and empirical evidence for the study of factors affecting the digital transformation of companies.This paper put forward the policy implications:Firstly,to distinguish the heterogeneity of different redundant resources within the company.Secondly,pay attention to the"double-edged sword"role of redundant resources.Thirdly,to value the moderating role of social networks between resources and enterprise development.Fourthly,to provide capital,talent support and policy incentives based on the heterogeneity of the company to boost the digital transformation of the companies.
