ChatGPT Activates the Reform of College Student Evaluation from the Perspective of New Qualitative Productivity:Motivation,Turnsand Path

摘要新质生产力视域下高校必须主动探索学生评价的变革以培养新质人才,以ChatGPT为代表的数智产品是激活高校学生评价变革的主要抓手。被不均衡地工具物化与具有被“技术重塑”潜力是ChatGPT激活高校学生评价变革的动因。受此影响,高校学生评价的目的观将由“规训学生”转向为“实现学生的全面发展”;评价的主体模式将由“单一委托-代理体系衡定”转向为“多元利益主体协商”;评价的标准将由评价学生发展的“既有成效”转向为评价学生发展的“增值成效”。为将ChatGPT类数智产品所带动的高校学生评价转向落到实处,高校应从以人为本、创新驱动、融合赋能等核心理念入手,把握ChatGPT的智能性特征以重建“多维”高校学生评价机制,凭借ChatGPT的交互性特征以生成“个性化”评价标准,依靠ChatGPT的生成性特征以搭建校本学生评价体系。文章还提出了实践策略以实现高校学生评价变革。 Under the perspective of new quality productivity,colleges and universities must take the initiative to explore the reform of student evaluation in order to cultivate new talents,and digital intelligence products represented by ChatGPT are the main starting point for activating the reform of student evaluation in colleges and universities."Unbalanced tool materialization"and"technology reshaping potential"are the driving forces for ChatGPT to activate the evaluation reform of college students.Affected by this,the purpose of college student evaluation will shift from"disciplining students"to"realizing the all-round development of students".The subject model of evaluation will change from"single principal-agent system balance"to"multi-stakeholder consultation".The criterion of evaluation will shift from the"existing effectiveness"of student development to the"value-added effectiveness"of student development.In order to implement the evaluation of college students driven by digital intelligence products such as ChatGPT,colleges and universities should start from the core concepts such as people-oriented,innovation-driven,and integrated empowerment,grasp the intelligent characteristics of digital intelligence products to reconstruct the multi-dimensional college student evaluation mechanism,generate personalized evaluation standards with its interactive features,and build a school-based student evaluation system with its generative features.The paper also proposes practical strategies to achieve the transformation of college student evaluation.
