摘要
基于全国7所高校、697名研究生使用ChatGPT的调查数据,分析了研究生使用ChatGPT的实际效能、风险问题、治理路径。结果表明:ChatGPT的使用在研究生中尚未普及,研究生使用ChatGPT具有鲜明次递性、工具可用性、盲目乐观性,认为ChatGPT具有前景光明性。同时也存在数字鸿沟扩大、流畅性掩盖准确性、对学术诚信产生重大考验、数据安全与隐私难以保证等潜在风险。通过提升数字素养、强化自律与他律、保护数据与隐私、推动教育转型等措施,可以有效防范风险,科学合理利用ChatGPT为研究生学习、科研服务。
This study analyses the effectiveness,risk assessment,and governance strategies of graduate students using ChatGPT,based on survey data from 697 graduate students across 7 universities in China.The results indicate that the usage of ChatGPT among graduate students is not yet widespread.Graduate students exhibit a clear hierarchy in their usage,perceive the tool as usable,and hold a blind optimism regarding its promising prospects.However,there are also potential risks such as the digital divide,the masking of accuracy by fluency,pressures on academic integrity,and challenges in ensuring data security and privacy.By enhancing the digital literacy of graduate students,strengthening self-discipline and external regulations,protecting data and privacy,and implementing educational transformation,these risks can be effectively mitigated.This will enable the scientific and rational utilization of ChatGPT for graduate student learning and research services.
