教育、科技、人才一体化背景下研究生科技伦理教育的时代审思

A Contemporary Review of Graduate Students'Education in Ethics of Science and Technology in the Context of Integration of Education,Science and Technology,and Human Resources

摘要 科技伦理教育对于推进我国研究生教育高质量发展以及建设科技强国和人才强国都至关重要。从教育、科技、人才一体化的系统视角出发,研究生科技伦理教育承担着以顶层设计推动教育高质量发展,落实高校立德树人根本任务;以全局意识导引科技高质量发展,抵御智能化社会潜在风险;以文化互融助力人才高质量发展,引领人类文明共同进步的目标取向,其内在维度是以实现从“管束型”到“内塑型”的教育定位转化为前提条件、以实现从“碎片化”到“思维链”的教学模式变革为有力抓手、以从“松散型”到“有组织”的组织形态转变为必要保障、以实现从“移植性”到“自主性”的话语体系构建为文化中介。具体实践蓝图包括贯彻系统全局观,落实研究生科技伦理教育的科学定位;践行复杂思维观,变革研究生科技伦理教育的教学模式;秉承协同聚力观,规范研究生科技伦理教育的运行机制;守持文明引领观,涵育研究生科技伦理教育的内在自信。 Ethics education in science and technology is crucial for promoting the high-quality development of China's postgraduate education as well as for building a strong science and technology and human resources country.From a systemic perspective of integrating education,science and technology,and human resources,postgraduate education in ethics of science and technology undertakes the goal of promoting the high-quality development of education by top-level design and implementing the fundamental task of establishing moral character in colleges and universities;guiding the high-quality development of science and technology by overall awareness and resisting the potential risks of intelligent society;and assisting the high-quality development of talents by cultural integration and leading the common progress of human civilization,and the intermal dimension is to realize the goal of from“control-oriented”to“internal shaping-oriented”.Its inner dimension is to realize the transformation of educational orientation from“discipline”to“internal molding”as a prerequisite,and to realize the change of teaching mode from“fragmentation”to“chain of thought”as a prerequisite.The change of teaching mode from“fragmentation”to“chain of thought”is a powerful grasp,and the change of organization from“loose”to“organized”is a necessary guarantee;the change of organization from“transplantation”to“autonomy”is a necessary guarantee;the change of teaching mode from“fragmentation”to“chain of thought”is a necessary guarantee.The construction of the discourse system from“transplantation”to“autonomy”is the cultural intermediary.The blueprint for specific practices includes implementing the systemic view to realize the scientific positioning of postgraduate ethics of science and technology education;practicing the complex thinking view to change the teaching mode of postgraduate ethics of science and technology education;adhering to the synergistic view to standardize the operation mechanism of postgraduate ethics of science and technology education;and holding the civilization-led view to cultivate the cultural self-confidence of postgraduate ethics of science and technology education.
