摘要
根据2011—2021年的中国省际面板数据,实证检验了数字乡村建设对中国式农业现代化的作用机制。结果显示:数字乡村建设显著正向促进中国式农业现代化,尤其在乡村经济和生活的数字化方面作用显著,但数字基础设施还需加强;数字乡村建设对产前、产中的农业现代化影响更为显著,其中,数字乡村建设最显著地影响了产中阶段的农业经营体系现代化,其次是产前阶段的农业产业体系现代化,对产后阶段的影响尚显不足。此外,数字乡村建设的影响随时间、空间和农业现代化水平而异。大数据战略实施后,数字乡村建设对农业现代化的影响效应更加显著;在高水平地区,数字乡村建设对农业现代化的助推效应更强;区域上,东部地区的数字乡村建设对农业现代化的作用最为明显,南北差异表现为南高北低,粮食主销区的数字乡村建设影响最为显著。
Based on China s provincial panel data from 2011-2021,we empirically examined the mechanism of digital rural construction on China’s modernization.The results show that,digital rural construction has a significantly positive contribution to Chinese-style agricultural modernization;it has an obvious strong impact on the the rural economy and rural life;however,the role of rural digital infrastructure needs to be further enhanced.Digital rural construction has a stronger impact on the pre-production and mid-production phases,it affects most strongly the agri-operation system,followed by the agri-industrial system.The impact on post-production period is still insufficient.In addition,the influence of digital rural construction varies with spatio and/or temporal levels of agri-modernation.Digital rural construction has an even greater impact on agri-modernation ever since the implementation of big data strategy;its boosting effect is higher in‘high-level’(developed)regions——it has the strongest effects on the estern regions;modernation level in the south is higher than that in the north;and it has the most significant in the major grain consumption areas.
