摘要
中国式农业现代化是中国特色社会主义现代化事业的伟大成就之一,是中国式现代化新道路的重要构成。本文通过梳理中国共产党百年来中国式农业现代化的探索历程,将中国式农业现代化进程划分为军事化农业、集体化农业、产业化农业、系统化农业四个阶段,从演进机理、理论特质和话语构建三个维度阐释了中国式农业现代化的理论内涵,以此为脉络基点,文章以高质量发展为阶段研判、新发展理念为逻辑引领、新发展格局构建为根本遵循,从加快农业数字化转型、构建现代农业经济系统、推动农业"三生融合"、打造粮食安全国际循环保障机制、建立现代农业共同富裕实现机制五个方面提出有利于递推中国式农业现代化的未来进路,以期形成更高质量和更具竞争力的现代化农业发展格局。
Chinese-style agricultural modernization is one of the great achievements of socialist modernization with Chinese characteristics and an important component of the new road of Chinese-style modernization. In this article, through combing the communist party of China for over one hundred years, the exploration of Chinese agricultural modernization process could be divided into military agriculture, collectivized agriculture, industrialized agriculture, and systematic agriculture. It explains the theoretical connotation of Chinese-style agricultural modernization from the three dimensions of evolution mechanism, theoretical characteristics and discourse construction.Based on this, the article takes high-quality development as the stage of research and judgment, new development concepts as the logical guidance, and new development pattern as the fundamental follow, proposes a future approach that is conducive to the recurrence of Chinese-style agricultural modernization from accelerating the digital transformation of agriculture, building a modern agricultural economic system, promoting the "three-life integration" of agriculture, creating an international cycle guarantee mechanism for food security, and establishing a mechanism for achieving common prosperity in modern agriculture, so as to forming a higher-quality and more competitive modern agricultural development pattern.
