摘要
在新时代人才强国和数字乡村建设战略双重目标下,本文旨在分析异质性农村人力资本对数字乡村建设的空间溢出效应。基于2013—2022年中国省域面板数据,采用空间杜宾模型,分析不同层次的农村人力资本对数字乡村建设的影响。研究结果表明:(1)异质性人力资本对数字乡村建设具有显著的促进作用,其中初级、中级和高级农村人力资本均对本地区的数字乡村建设产生了正向的空间效应;(2)中级和高级农村人力资本对周边地区数字乡村建设产生正向的空间溢出效应;(3)经济发展水平对数字乡村建设具有一定的空间正效应,表明经济发展能够有效推动数字乡村建设。然而,研发强度和产业结构对数字乡村建设产生了一定的阻碍作用。为进一步推动数字乡村建设,应充分发挥异质性人力资本的积极作用,最大化其在数字乡村建设中的贡献。同时,应利用经济发展水平的正向影响,优化研发强度和产业结构,减少其对数字乡村建设的负面影响。
Under the dual objectives of the Talent Power Strategy and Digital Rural Development,this paper aimed to analyze the spatial spillover effects of heterogeneous rural human capital on digital rural construction.Utilizing provincial panel data from China from 2013 to 2022 and employing a spatial Durbin model,the study examined the impact of different levels of rural human capital on di-gital rural development.The results indicated:(1)Heterogeneous human capital had a significant pro-motion effect on digital village construction,in which primary,intermediate and advanced rural hu-man capital all had positive spatial effects on digital village construction in the region.(2)Intermedi-ate and advanced rural human capital had positive spatial spillover effects on digital village construc-tion in neighboring regions.(3)The level of economic development had a certain positive spatial ef-fect on digital village construction,indicating that economic development can effectively promote di-gital village construction.However,R&D intensity and industrial structure had a certain hindering ef-fect on digital village construction.In order to further promote digital village construction,the posit-ive role of heterogeneous human capital should be fully utilized to maximize its contribution in digit-al village construction.At the same time,the positive influence of the level of economic development should be utilized to optimize the R&D intensity and industrial structure and reduce its negative im-pact on digital village construction.
