摘要
乡村振兴是共同富裕的根本要求,数字赋能乡村振兴成为共同富裕推进过程中的重要路径。在系统梳理数字赋能乡村振兴的现实价值和实践问题的基础上,以浙江“数字+治理”“数字+信用”“数字+产业”3条实践路径为例,探索数字赋能乡村振兴的实践路径,明确基层治理、乡村文化和乡村产业是数字赋能的重点领域,并针对性地提出加快建设数字基础设施、强化基层治理能力、推进物质精神共富、农业数字化转型和数字化环境塑造5方面的对策建议,为高质量发展建设共同富裕示范区提供参考借鉴。
Rural revitalization is the fundamental requirement of common prosperity,and digital enablement of rural revitalization has become an important way in the process of promoting common prosperity.This paper systematically combs the practical value and problems of digital enabling rural revitalization.Taking Zhejiang’s three practical cases of“digital+governance”,“digital+credit”and“digital+industry”as example,this paper explores the practical path of digital enabling rural revitalization,clarifies that grass-roots governance,rural culture and rural industry are the key areas of digital enabling,and specifically proposes to accelerate the construction of digital infrastructure,strengthen grass-roots governance capacity countermeasures and suggestions on promoting material and spiritual co-prosperity,agricultural digital transformation and digital environment shaping,which provide reference and suggestions for high-quality development and construction of a demonstration area of common prosperity.
