摘要
为探讨产教融合对学前教育专业本科生实践能力的影响,采用《学前教育专业本科生基本信息调查问卷》《产教融合问卷》《学前教育专业本科生实践能力问卷》《实践志趣指标问卷》等4个问卷对江苏省4所师范类院校的246名学前教育专业本科生实践能力培养现状进行调查,并构建中介效应模型考察学前教育专业本科生实践志趣的中介作用。结果发现:产教融合可以显著预测学前教育专业本科生实践能力;实践志趣在产教融合和实践能力之间存在部分中介作用。因此,高校应建立高校–幼儿园合作基地;建设“双师型”教师队伍;改进教材和实践课程设计;实施多元化考核并提供个性化支持;加强学生的实践志趣培养以有效提升学前教育专业本科生实践能力。
In order to explore the influence of industry-education integration on the practice ability of preschool education undergraduates,four questionnaires,including the Questionnaire about the Basic Information of Preschool Education Undergraduates,the Questionnaire about the Integration of Industry and Education,the Questionnaire about the Practice Ability of Preschool Education Undergraduates and the Questionnaire about Practice Aspirations,were used to investigate the current situation of practice ability cultivation of 246 preschool education undergraduates in four teacher training colleges in Jiangsu Province,and the mediating role model was constructed to examine the mediating role of preschool education undergraduates’practice aspirations.The results found that the industry-education integration of can significantly predict the practice ability of preschool education undergraduates,the practice aspiration has a partial mediating role between the industry-education integration and the practice ability.Therefore,colleges and universities should establish university-kindergarten cooperation bases,build“dual-teacher”teaching teams,improve the design of teaching materials and practice curricula,implement diversified assessment and provide personalised support,and strengthen the cultivation of student’practice aspirations in order to effectively enhance the practice ability of preschool education undergraduates.
