职业教育产教融合:桎梏与导引——基于布迪厄的场域理论 被引量:39

The Integration of Industry and Education in Vocational Education: Shackles and Guidance——From Bourdieu’s Field Theory

摘要 职业教育产教融合作为一种复杂的社会现象,正面临政府权力边界模糊与角色定位不清、治理模式失范且发展体系不完善、学术漂移现象等现实障碍。从布迪厄"场域"理论视角出发,产教融合场域是教育场域与产业场域分化与共生的结果,其本质上是通过利益共同体的构建追求价值增值的生产与教育一体化的过程。消除职业教育产教融合现实障碍的可能路径包括:形成资源供给与需求侧的协调机制、搭建区域性产教资源互动服务平台、探索实施高等职业院校教师绩效考核新标准、建设产业系统与教育系统的利益共同体等。 As a complex social phenomenon,the integration of industry and education in vocational education is facing many practical obstacles,such as vague boundary of government power and unclear role orientation,anomie of governance model,imperfect development system and academic drift.Based on Bourdieu’s"field"theory,this paper points out that the field of integration of industry and education is the result of the differentiation and coexistence of educational field and economic field.It is essentially a process of integration of production and education,which pursues value-added through the construction of interest community,and tries to put forward a possible way to eliminate the practical obstacles of integration of industry and education in vocational education,it includes the formation of coordination mechanism between supply and demand side of resources,the establishment of regional interactive service platform for industry and education resources,the exploration and implementation of new standards for performance evaluation of Higher Vocational Colleges and higher vocational teachers,and the construction of interest community between industry system and education system.
