摘要
民族互嵌式社区建设是推进民族交往交流交融、铸牢中华民族共同体意识的重要载体。本研究聚焦其治理效能提升问题,基于南宁市民族团结巷的田野调查,采用深度访谈法,旨在探寻其形成逻辑与治理路径。当前社区治理面临权责过度集中、居民互动不足、资源配套滞后等阻滞因素。据此本研究提出应以铸牢中华民族共同体意识为引领的创新治理模式:一是强化党建引领,构建“四位一体”治理架构,整合资源提升服务效能;二是激活“五老”茶会等协商机制,凝聚居民共识,促进全过程民主;三是推动智慧网格建设,运用科技手段优化资源配置,精准满足多元需求。
Ethnic inter-embedded communities serve as a vital platform for fostering interaction,exchange,and inte-gration among ethnic groups and forging a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation.This study focuses on the is-sue of improving its governance effectiveness,is based on a field investigation on Nanning’s Ethnic Unity Alley,and uses in-depth interviews to explore its formation logic and governance path.The current community governance is facing obstacles such as excessive centralization of power and responsibility,insufficient resident interaction,and lagging re-source matching.Based on this,this study proposes an innovative governance model guided by the forging a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation.First,we should strengthen Party building leadership to establish a“four-in-one”governance framework that integrates resources and improves service efficiency;second,we should activate consultative mechanisms like the“Five Elders”tea meetings to build resident consensus and promote whole-process democracy;third,we should advance smart grids,use scientific and technological means to optimize resource allocation,and accurately meet multiple needs.
