摘要
文章剖析目前方剂理论研究相对滞后的原因,提出“理论框架”方剂研究新思路。从“主治、组方、配伍、用法、功效、分类”六维角度出发,构建方剂基本理论框架。并在此基础上,溯本求源,梳理方剂理论发展脉络及历代有关方论,旨在理清方剂理论的范畴、学术演化脉络。以茱萸丸为例,立足方剂理论框架,探讨茱萸丸的源流,了解茱萸丸的来龙去脉,以提高茱萸丸的临床应用疗效。
This paper analyzes the reasons of the relative lag in the theoretical research of prescription,puts forward a new research idea of‘theoretical framework’prescription,and elaborates the research idea in detail.The basic theoretical framework of prescriptions was constructed from the six dimensions of‘indications,formulation,compatibility,usage,efficacy and classification’.On this basis,it traced back to the source,sorted out the development vein of prescription theory and related prescription theories in the past dynasties,in order to clarify the category of prescription theory and the academic evolution vein.This paper takes Zhuyu Pills as an example,based on the basic theoretical framework of prescription,discusses the origin and flow of Zhuyu Pills,and knows the origin and course of Zhuyu Pills,so as to improve the clinical application effect of Zhuyu Pills.
