摘要
目的:优选黄连-吴茱萸药对的最佳提取工艺参数。方法:以7种成分(盐酸小檗碱、表小檗碱、黄连碱、药根碱、盐酸巴马汀、吴茱萸碱、吴茱萸次碱)含量为考察指标,采用层次分析法(AHP)、多指标综合评分法结合正交试验,优选黄连-吴茱萸药对的最佳提取工艺参数。结果:优选得到的黄连-吴茱萸药对最佳提取工艺参数为:料液比1∶8(g/mL),提取3次,提取时间为1.5 h。结论:优选的黄连-吴茱萸药对提取工艺合理可靠,重复性良好,可为其后续研究与开发提供参考。
Objective:To optimize the extraction conditions of Coptidis Rhizoma-Euodiae Fructus.Methods:The contents of seven compounds(berberine hydrochloride,epiberberine,coptisine,jateorhizine,palmatine chloride,evodiamine,rutaecarpin)were used as inspection indicators.The optimal extraction parameters of Coptidis Rhizoma-Euodiae Fructus were optimized by using analytic hierarchy process(AHP),multi-index comprehensive scoring method and orthogonal test.Results:The optimal processing parameters obtained by optimization were solid-liquid ratio of 1∶8(g/mL),extraction for 3 times and 1.5 hours each time.Conclusion:The optimized extract process of Coptidis Rhizoma-Euodiae Fructus has been verified to be reasonable,stable,and reproducible,which can provide reference for further development and utilization of Coptidis Rhizoma-Euodiae Fructus.
