巨噬细胞在动脉粥样硬化中的作用与机制

摘要 动脉粥样硬化(atherosclerosis,AS)是一种慢性炎症性疾病,是多种心脑血管病的主要病变基础,也是导致死亡的主要原因之一。巨噬细胞是AS斑块中主要的免疫细胞,且与疾病的进展密切相关,其生物学特性、表型比例和分泌的细胞因子决定了AS斑块的稳定性、大小和病变进展状况,因此,巨噬细胞被视为治疗AS强有力的靶点。本文从巨噬细胞极化特性、巨噬细胞调控AS的潜在分子机制,及靶向调控巨噬细胞极化对AS的影响等方面进行阐述,以期为更深入研究AS发病的分子机制和提高其治疗效果提供理论依据。 Atherosclerosis(AS)is a chronic inflammatory disease,which is the main pathological basis of many cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,and one of the main causes of death.Macrophages are the main immune cells in AS plaques and are closely related to the progression of the disease.Their biological characteristics,phenotype proportion,and secreted cytokines determine the stability,size,and lesion progression of AS plaques.Therefore,macrophages are considered a powerful target for treating AS.This article elaborates on the polarization characteristics of macrophages,the potential molecular mechanisms of macrophage regulation of AS,and the impact of targeted regulation of macrophage polarization on AS,in order to provide theoretical basis for further research on the molecular mechanisms of AS pathogenesis and improve its therapeutic effect.
