摘要
本项目核心内容《中医方剂功效精准性量理法的研究》已基本完成,精准性量即为精准寒热、虚实、里表、阴阳、生克、六淫、六气、气血、脏腑等纲目功效的性量。本文通过方剂纲目功效性量规则的总结,方例软件应用图示的分析,以及临床预试验良好的结果,说明进行方剂纲目功效精准性量的施治,可以发挥出中医全科诊疗显著的优势。
The core of this study was preliminarily completed in the thesis of"Study of method for precise property and quantity analysis for traditional Chinese medicine prescription efficacy".The outline efficacy was showed to be the function of cold and warm,excess and deficiency,yin and yang,generation-inhibition in five elements.In this article,the rules of method for the outline efficacy with precise property and quantity of prescriptions was further summarized,and illustrated by analysis of the examples of prescriptions.The summary of the rules of method was to solve the problem of precise application of prescription efficacy.According to the preliminary results from clinical pretests,by precise application of prescriptions with precise property and quantity,significant advantageous efficacy of general TCM was able to be observed.
