摘要
文章通过整理《伤寒论》中芍药-甘草药对的运用情况、从不同的配伍比例层次分析芍药-甘草药对的量效关系规律。分析可知,《伤寒论》中共有25个经方用到芍药-甘草药对,其配伍比例主要有3个层次,分别为1∶1;3∶1;3∶2。芍甘以1∶1等量配伍,常以酸甘化阴、缓急止痛为主要功效;芍甘以3∶2比例配伍,常以通降营气,调和营卫为主要功效;芍甘以3∶1比例配伍,常以通降中焦营气以治腹痛,或助补益下焦营血为主要功效。芍药-甘草药对在《伤寒论》中配伍应用,既能酸甘化阴、缓急止痛,又能养血柔肝,通降营气,健脾和中,两者配伍,结构严谨,配伍精当,功效广泛。
By sorting out the application of Shaoyao(Paeoniae Radix Alba)-Gancao(Glycyrrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma)in Shaoyao(Paeoniae Radix Alba)-Gancao(Glycyrrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma),this paper analyzed the dose-response relationship of Shaoyao(Paeoniae Radix Alba)-Gancao(Glycyrrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma)from different compatibility proportion levels.It can be seen from the analysis that there are 25 classical prescriptions in Shanghanlun that use Shaoyao(Paeoniae Radix Alba)-Gancao(Glycyrrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma),and their compatibility ratio mainly has three levels,which are 1∶1,3∶1 and 3∶2,respectively.The ration of 1∶1 often has the main effects of transforming Yin and relieving pain.The ratio of 3∶2 often has the main effect of dredging and lowering Ying Qi and harmonizing Ying and Wei.The ratio of 3∶1 often has the main effect of dredging and lowering the middle-Jiao Ying Qi to treat abdominal pain or helping to replenish the lower-Jiao Ying blood.The compatibility of Shaoyao(Paeoniae Radix Alba)-Gancao(Glycyrrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma)in Shanghanlun can not only sweeten Yin,relieve pain,but also nourish blood and soften liver,dredge and lower Ying Qi,strengthen spleen and middle.They are compatible with rigorous structure,precise compatibility and wide efficacy.
