摘要
实现高等工程教育领域人才的协同培养,是粤港澳大湾区高校着眼区域整体发展的重要抉择。基于湾区高校协同育人逻辑的阐述,并通过区域产业学院育人案例的分析,构建多方主体参与、多元要素融合、多维评价手段运用的育人新机制,达到共建中形塑多方共赢、融合中打造产学互动及评价中实施以产为要,以此推动工程教育创新发展,满足湾区产业升级需要。
Coordinative training of talents in the field of higher engineering education is a significant choice for universities in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area to serve the integrated de-velopment of this area.The article,by expounding the logic of coordinative education among universi-ties as well as analyzing the real cases of industrial colleges in the Greater Bay Area,proposes a new education mechanism,which features multi-subject participation,multi-element integration and multi-dimensional evaluation.Such mechanism is intended to achieve win-win results in co-construction,to create industry-university interaction in integration,and to implement industry-oriented principle in e-valuation,so as to ultimately promote the innovative development of higher engineering education and thus facilitate industrial upgrading in the Greater Bay Area.
