基于业师协同教学的新型产业学院建设路径探索 被引量:3

摘要 在高校分类发展背景下,高水平应用型大学成为众多新办院校选择的发展方向。围绕产业学院建设,业师凭借自身的实务经验优势,在推动产业学院建设中发挥重要作用。文章梳理了业师协同教学的背景,总结了业师协同教学的主要组织形式和表现特征。采用归纳方法、演绎方法、比较分析法等,从产业学院组建、"双师双能"队伍组建、业师团队建设,以及课程及实践环节、实践教学体系、课程标准、质量保障体系、标志性成果培育等领域,探索业师协同教学推进产业学院建设的具体做法。 Under the background of the classified development of colleges and universities,high-level application-oriented universities have become the development direction chosen by many newly established colleges and universities.Around the construction of industrial colleges,the professional teacher plays an important role in promoting the construction of industrial colleges by their practical experience advantages.This paper sorts out the background of collaborative teaching of the professional teacher and summarizes the main organizational forms and performance characteristics of professional teacher collaborative teaching.Using inductive method,deductive method,comparative analysis method and so on,this paper explores the specific ways of promoting the construction of industrial colleges through professional teacher collaborative teaching from the aspects of the establishment of industrial colleges,the construction of"double teachers and double abilities"teams,the construction of professional teacher teams,as well as courses and practice links,practical teaching system,curriculum standards,quality assurance system,and cultivation of landmark achievements.
