摘要
产业学院作为深化产教融合、校企合作的重要形式,正在全面加快推进。立足济源产业优势、企业需求和学校实际,济源职业技术学院创新性地提出“多主体协同育人、多元化深度融合、多功能联动创新的非独立法人办学实体”和“股份制、混合所有制产业学院”两种产业学院形态的概念;以根植产业,服务产业、以人为本,协同育人、共建共管,创新发展为思路和原则,提出“引企入校”“办校入园”“送教入企”等产业学院共建共管模式,以及“八个一”的建设内容和任务;并提出强化组织领导、强化政策支持、强化建设管理等产业学院建设路径建议。
As an important form of deepening the integration of industry and education and school-enterprise cooperation,industrial colleges are accelerating in an all-round way.Based on the industrial advantages of Jiyuan,the needs of enterprises and the actual situation of the school,Jiyuan Vocational and Technical College innovatively proposes“a non-independent legal-person school-running entity with multi-subject collaborative education,diversified and deep integration,and multi-functional linkage innovation”and the concept of two types of industrial colleges:“joint-stock and mixed-ownership industry colleges”.With the idea and principle of rooting in the industry,serving the industry,people-oriented,collaborative education,co-construction and co-management,and innovative development,it proposed the co-construction and co-management modes of industrial colleges such as“introducing enterprises to the school”,“running schools in industrial parks”,and“sending education to enterprises”,as well as the construction content and tasks of the“eight ones”;and proposed to strengthen organizational leadership,strengthen policy support,strengthen suggestions on the construction path of industrial colleges such as construction management.
