摘要
特色产业学院建设是为了适应产业升级转型和满足区域经济发展需要,也是国家科教强国的重要举措。目前,面对产业转型升级和区域经济发展对人才的需求,高职院校如何深化产教融合,建设特色产业学院是亟待解决的现实问题。文章从扎根理论、系统理论角度,运用质性和量化研究的方法,探索特色产业学院建设要素和路径,研究表明特色产业学院建设要素架构由需求对接、管理对接和资源对接3个一级要素、11个二级要素和29个三级要素构成。由此,产业学院建设路径建议如下:(1)对接需求,明确建设目标;(2)促进合作,搭建管理平台;(3)融合资源,落实建设项目。
The construction of characteristic industry colleges is to adapt to industrial upgrading and transformation and meet the needs of regional economic development,and is also an important measure for the country to become a strong country through science and education.At present,facing the demand for talent from industrial transformation and upgrading and regional economic development,how to deepen the integration of industry and education in vocational colleges and build characteristic industrial colleges is an urgent practical problem to be solved.From the perspectives of grounded theory and system theory,using qualitative and quantitative research methods,this study explores the construction elements and paths of characteristic industry colleges.The research shows that the construction elements of characteristic industry colleges are composed of three elements:demand orientation,management platform,and resource foundation,11 secondary elements,and 29 tertiary elements.Therefore,the suggestions for the construction path of the Industrial College are as follows:(1)Connect with the needs and clarify the construction goals;(2)Promote cooperation and build a management platform;(3)Integrate resources and implement construction projects.
