摘要
文章围绕产教融合背景下计算机应用技术专业群人才培养展开研究。以“华为产教融合实训基地”建设为实例,提出了四项实践策略,初步解决了专业群建设中实践教学基地与人才培养耦合度不高等问题,重点加强课程内容与区域经济发展的对接,深化产学研合作模式,为区域信息产业发展提供更有力的人才支撑。
The paper focuses on the talent cultivation of the computer application technology professional cluster under the background of industry-education integration.Taking the construction of the“Huawei industry-education integration training base”as an example,four practical strategies are proposed.It initially solves the problems such as the low coupling degree between the practical teaching base and talent cultivation in the professional cluster construction.It focuses on strengthening the connection between the course content and regional economic development,deepening the industryuniversity-research cooperation model,and providing more powerful talent support for the regional information industry development.
