摘要
目的研究以临床岗位需求为导向的康复护理方向人才培养方案的应用效果.方法选取济源职业技术学院康复护理方向的60名护生为研究对象.以2018级的30名护生为对照组,采用传统模式培养,以2019级的30名护生为研究组,采用临床岗位需求为导向制定的方案培养.比较两组护生入组时、毕业时的护理岗位胜任能力得分和结业率、就业率,及两组护生对培训方案的满意度.结果相比入组时,两组护生毕业时岗位胜任能力得分均有上升,且研究组得分高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组的结业率、就业率分别为100.00%、96.67%,均高于对照组的86.67%和80.00%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组护生对课程内容、实践机会和操作技术等的满意度分别为100.00%、96.67%和96.67%,均高于对照组的76.67%、73.33%和76.67%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论康复护理方向护生采用以临床岗位需求为导向的人才培养方案,有利于提高其岗位胜任能力和结业、就业率,护生满意度高,可为护理专业人才培养改革提供依据.
Objective To study the application effect of talents training program for rehabilitation nursing oriented by clinical job requirements.Methods 60 nursing students in rehabilitation nursing of Jiyuan Vocational and Technical College were selected as the research objects.30 nursing students from the class of 2018 were selected as the control group,adopted the traditional training mode,30 nursing students from the class of 2019 were selected as the research group,adopted the training mode oriented by the demand of job requirements.The two groups of nursing students were compared in terms of competency score at they were enrolled and graduated,the completion rate and employment rate,as well as their satisfaction with the training program.Results Compared with enrollment,the post competency scores of nursing students in both groups increased at graduation,and the score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The completion rate and employment rate of the study group were 100.00%and 96.67%,respectively,higher than 86.67%and 80.00%of the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction degree of course content,practice opportunity and operation technique of the nursing students in the study group was 100.00%,96.67%and 96.67%,respectively,which were higher than 76.67%,73.33%and 76.67%in the control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing students in the direction of rehabilitation nursing adopting the talent training program oriented by the demand of job requirements is beneficial to improve their job competence,completion and employment rate,and nursing students have high satisfaction,which can provide the basis for nursing professional personnel training reform.
