摘要
共同富裕是社会主义的本质要求,而实现共同富裕贯穿中国共产党治国理政的始终。从历史维度看,从小康社会到共同富裕,反映了中国共产党治国理政过程的战略演进。从价值维度看,共建共治共享的治理制度体系,体现了中国共产党共同富裕目标的价值追求。从国际对比看,共同富裕彰显了中国共产党民生治理过程的实践方案。具体而言,应坚定不移以共同富裕引领中国共产党治国理政的民生实践,坚持党的领导这一政治基础,实现持续式的共同富裕。同时,应恪守以人民中心的善治发展要义,实现全员式的共同富裕;落实“五位一体”的总体布局,围绕动态演进的民生建设,落实渐进式共同富裕和全方位共同富裕的发展布局。
Common prosperity is the essential requirement of socialism,and the realization of common prosperity runs through the governance of the Communist Party of China.From a historical perspective,from a well-off society to common prosperity,this paper perspective the strategic evolution of common prosperity in the process of the Communist Party of China’s governance.From the perspective of value,the governance system from co-construction,co-governance to sharing reflects the pursuit of the goal of“common prosperity”of the Communist Party of China.From the perspective of international comparison,it highlights the practical scheme of common prosperity in the process of governance by the Communist Party of China.Specifically,the new era should unswervingly lead the practice of the Communist Party of China’s governance with common prosperity,adhere to the political basis of the Party’s leadership,and realize sustainable common prosperity.At the same time,adhere to the essence of people-centered development and realize the common prosperity of all staff.Adhere to the overall layout of the“five in one”,focus on the dynamically evolving construction of people’s livelihood,and implement the basic steps of progressive and all-round common prosperity.
