摘要
关于法治领域的改革论述是习近平法治思想的有机组成部分,是马克思主义法治理论中国化的最新成果。习近平总书记坚持运用马克思主义法治理论的基本原理和方法论准则,从新时代国家现代化的战略全局出发,深刻把握中国的法治国情特点,科学论述当代中国法治领域改革的政治方向、历史进程、根本目的和内在机理等改革的一系列重大理论和实践问题,创立了内涵丰厚、深刻精辟、系统完备的法治改革论述,为新时代全面依法治国、深化法治改革提供了根本遵循和行动指南。推进新时代的法治领域的改革,必须坚持习近平法治思想的指导地位,运用其指导法治改革实践,为开启全面依法治国新征程、实现中国法治现代化而不懈努力。
The reform discourse on the rule of law is an integral part of Xi Jinping’s Thought on the rule of law and is the latest achievement in the process of the Chineseization of Marxist thought on the rule of law.Xi Jinping adheres to applying the basic principles and methodological guidelines of the Marxist Rule of Law Theory,starts from the strategic overall situation of national modernization in the new era,profoundly grasps the characteristics of China’s rule of law situation,scientifically discusses a series of major theoretical and practical issues of reform in the field of the rule of law in contemporary China,including the political direction,historical process,fundamental purpose and internal mechanism of reform,and creates a rich,profound and incisive,systematic and complete rule of law reform assertion,provides fundamental guidance and action guidelines for comprehensively following the rule of law and deepening the rule of law reform in the new era.To promote reform in the field of the rule of law in the new era,we must adhere to the guiding position of Xi Jinping’s Thought on rule of law,apply it to guide the practice of rule of law reform,and make unremitting efforts to start a new journey of comprehensively following the rule of law and realize the modernization of China’s rule of law.
