摘要
构建新发展格局是应对新发展阶段机遇和挑战的战略选择,是贯彻新发展理念的战略抉择。本文根据习近平总书记提出的一系列重要论断,建立了新发展格局的理论分析框架,对构建新发展格局的关键、最本质特征、强大动力等科学内涵进行了深入研究,对构建新发展格局的战略方向、战略基点、主攻方向等内在逻辑以及理论创新进行了系统阐释,形成了逻辑严密、内涵丰富、层次分明的新发展格局理论体系,为把握未来发展主动权的先手棋提供了科学理论指导,为新发展阶段推动完成重大历史任务明确了战略重点,为贯彻新发展理念实施的重大举措提供了行动指南。
Constructing a new development pattern is a strategic choice to meet the opportunities and challenges of the new development stage and implement the new development concept. Based on a series of important propositions put forward by General Secretary Xi Jinping, this paper constructs a theoretical analysis framework of the new development pattern, and makes an in-depth study of the key, essential features, powerful motive forces and other scientific connotations of the new development pattern, the internal logic and theoretical innovation of constructing the new development pattern, such as the strategic direction, the strategic basic point and the main direction of attack, are explained systematically, and a theoretical system of the new development pattern with strict logic, rich connotation and clear levels is formed, it provides a scientific theoretical guidance for the initiative of future development, a clear strategic focus for the new development stage to promote the completion of major historical tasks, and an action guide for the implementation of the new development concept.
