摘要
基于中小微企业专利现状,针对现有专利服务应用于中小微企业所遇到的问题进行分析,从服务平台、常规流程、沟通机制、保密协议和侵权追诉五个方面提出对应的解决方案,不仅有利于提高对中小微企业专利的服务质量,还有助于推动市场内循环经济的发展。
Based on the current status,this article analyzes the problems encountered by existing patent services applied to small,medium and micro enterprises,and proposes corresponding solutions from five aspects:service platform,conventional processes,communication mechanisms,confidentiality agreements,and infringement prosecutions.It is not only conducive to improving the service quality of patents for small,medium and micro enterprises,but also conducive to promoting the development of circular economy in the market.
