摘要
本文分析了在国家科技创新国策和高校建设"双一流学科"双重机会下,高校图书馆从科技查新服务向专利分析服务转换的可行性和必要性,分析了当前高校专利申请的现状、高校图书馆开展专利分析的特点和不足。并提出了促进高校专利成果转化的新型专利服务模式:高校图书馆可以选择适合本校特色的服务内容,建立基于全国化工信息站的区域联合服务体系,为企业提供专利评价平台,培养具有专业专利服务的人才,促进高校专利的成果转化。
Under the dual chances of the national policy of scientific and technological innovation and the ＂double first-rate subject＂ university construction,the feasibility and necessity of service transforming from the sci-tech novelty retrieval to the patent analysis were analyzed in this article.Patent application status at present in the university,the feature and shortcoming to carry out the patent analysis for the university library were demonstrated.The new patent service mode to promote the transformation of patent in university was given. The university library should choose the service being suitable for the own universities,establish the regional union service system based on the national information station of chemical engineering and the evaluation platform to promote regional patent for enterprise,train persons who have a majoring of patent service,promote the achievement translbrmation of patents in the university.
