摘要
学科评估是促进高校学科生态建设、提升办学水平的重要手段。面向应用情境的跨学科知识生产模式与集群知识生产模式正驱动大学学科组发生重大变革,无边界学术组织与动态衍生学科群正在成为学科组织的高级形式。针对学科评估中存在的种种问题,文章尝试构建知识生产模式变革驱动的"学科评估"发展演进框架。在分析现有高校学科评估体系在评估对象、评估方式、评估结果、质量控制等方面与多元知识生产模式之间存在的多重价值冲突基础上,提出应积极探索新型学科评估方案:一是主动适应多元知识生产模式,构建基于学科群的复合型评估模式;二是淡化竞争性学科评估模式,重视发挥学科评估的诊断性与服务性功能;三是积极服务"四个面向",创新设计多元主体参与的过程性评估方式;四是强化公共利益和社会价值,运用大数据技术建立可追溯的"元评估"体系等,以加速实现高等教育系统的内涵式高质量发展。
Discipline evaluation plays an important role in promoting the construction of a discipline eco-system and improving the quality of higher education. The application-oriented mode of scientific research and the cluster-knowledge production mode are bringing a great transformation to the way university disciplines are organized. Interdisciplinary organizations and dynamic discipline clusters are becoming the advanced forms of discipline organization. Thus this paper attempts to construct a new framework of discipline evaluation driven by the transformation of knowledge production mode. On the one hand, we find there are multiple value conflicts between the existing discipline evaluation system and the diversified knowledge production mode in aspects of evaluation objects, methods, results, and quality. On the other hand, we propose the framework that contains suggestions for the future evolution of discipline evaluation programs: firstly, we should pay attention to the diagnostic and service functions of discipline evaluation;secondly, we should explore the composite evaluation mode based on discipline clusters;thirdly, we should redesign the evaluation process and make it include multi-stakeholders;finally, we should establish a traceable meta-evaluation system with the big-data technology. We think that the measures above can accelerate the connotative development of higher education in the future.
