摘要
学科建设的根本是知识生产,知识生产模式深刻影响学科建设质量。当前,知识生产模式变革方兴未艾,把握知识生产模式变革下学科的发展趋势、揭示一流学科建设的逻辑走向、建构顺应知识生产模式变革的一流学科建设机制是“双一流”建设的紧要议题。知识生产组织结构走向高度聚合、价值取向更加强调应用、场域跨界特征更加显著、生产方式更加注重协同的学科发展趋势,给一流学科建设发出了从知识增长到问题解决、从线性发展到螺旋上升、从学者推动到多元协同、从理论创新到应用创新的逻辑转向信号。反思我国一流学科建设实践,仍然存在着政策制度“盲点”、发展动力“难点”、学科组织“痛点”、学科治理“卡点”、学科评价“堵点”,需要坚持学科建设的底线思维与发展思维相结合、学术逻辑与社会逻辑相统一,通过建构服务导向的政策引领机制、问题牵引的发展动力机制、聚合效应的学科组织机制、分类共治的学科治理机制、多元综合的学科评价机制,推动一流学科创新发展、高质发展。
The foundation of discipline construction is knowledge production,and the mode of knowledge production has a profound impact on the quality of discipline construction.At present,the transformation of knowledge production mode is in the ascendant.Grasping the development trend of disciplines under the transformation of knowledge production mode,revealing the logical trend of first-class discipline construction,and constructing a first-class discipline construction mechanism that conforms to the change of knowledge production mode are the urgent issues of the"double first-class"construction.The organizational structure of knowledge production is highly aggregated,the value orientation is more emphasized on application,the cross-border characteristics of the field are more prominent,and the production method pays more attention to synergy.These trends send out the logic turns signal from knowledge in crease to problem solving,from academics to multi-synergy,from theoretical innovation to applied innovation,Reflecting on the practice of first-class discipline construction in China,there are still blind spots in policy systems,difficulties in development momentum,pain points in discipline organization,stuck points in discipline governance,and blocking points in discipline evaluation.It is necessary to adhere to the combination of bottom line thinking and development thinking,the unity of academic logic and social logic,and build a service-oriented policy guidance mechanism and a problem driven development power mechanism.The discipline organization mechanism of convergence effect,the discipline governance mechanism of classification and co-governance,and the multiple discipline evaluation mechanism will promote the innovative development and highquality development of first-class disciplines.
