我国一流学科建设离世界水平还有多远?——基于知识生产模式转型趋势的思考 被引量:3

How Far Does the Construction of Chinese First-class Disciplines Leave the World Level?——Thinking on the Transformation Trend of Knowledge Production mode

摘要 知识生产模式是对知识生产的不同方式的系统归纳与提炼,代表了特定时期知识生产变化的方向,从知识生产模式转型趋势的角度出发,从知识生产的目标、情境、学科范式、组织结构与质量评价机制五个维度对我国一流学科建设的实践进行理性思考发现:我国一流学科建设的政策目标以模式3为准,但学科建设实践与模式3相比仍有差距,学科建设以追求学术发表与项目获取为目标,学科知识生产在认知情境中进行,单学科范式是主要的研究范式,学科间壁垒较深且组织架构趋于稳固,政府是主要的质量评价主体。原因在于,对传统学科建设模式与行政主导逻辑的路径依赖和日渐稳固的一流学科建设利益集团给一流学科建设造成掣肘,为迈向模式3、实现世界一流,一流学科建设应以科研、应用和公益并举为目标,以认知情境为依托、以应用情境为中介、以开放情境为主体开展学科建设工作,学科负责人还应加深对交叉学科研究的理论认识以科学地指导超学科研究实践,学科建设的各主体要勇于表达诉求,积极主动地参与学科建设与质量评价。 Knowledge production mode is a systematic induction and refinement of different modes of knowledge production,which represents the changing direction of knowledge production in a specific period.From the perspective of the transformation trend of knowledge production mode,rational thinking is made on the practice of China's first-class discipline construction from five dimensions:goal,situation,discipline paradigm,organizational structure and quality evaluation mechanism.The policy objective of Chinese first-class discipline construction is based on Mode 3,but there is still a gap between the practice of discipline construction and Mode 3.The discipline construction aims at pursuing academic publication and project acquisition,the discipline knowledge production is carried out in the cognitive context,the single discipline paradigm is the main research paradigm,the barriers bet ween disciplines are deep and the organization structure tends to be stable,and the government is the main quality evaluation subject.The reason is that the construction of first-class disciplines depends on the traditional discipline construction mode and the path of administrative logic,and the increasingly stable interest groups have hampered the construction of first-class disciplines.In order to move towards the model 3 and realize the world-class construction,the construction of first-class disciplines should aim at both scientific research,application and public welfare.Subject leaders should deepen the theoretical understanding of interdisciplinary research to guide the practice of interdisciplinary research in a scientific way.Subjects of subject construction should have the courage to express their demands and actively participate in subject construction and quality evaluation.
