摘要
“一带一路”倡议的实施对中国高质量涉外法治人才的需求不断扩大,然而我国涉外法治人才的培养仍处于探索阶段,大批法律服务提供者难以胜任“一带一路”复杂的法律事务。为了打破困局,应当重点培养涉外法治人才的道德底色、法律本色、语言特色和人文亮色,在明确职业型教育、精英培养模式以及鼓励各类高校积极参与的前提下总结提炼涉外法治人才培养目标,通过优化课程体系、培养特色精英以及建立涉外法治人才培养高校联盟等方式,不断提升中国涉外法治人才的供给质量。
The implementation of the"Belt and Road"Initiative has continuously expanded the demand for high-quality foreign-related legal talent in China.However,the cultivation of foreign-related legal talent is still in the exploratory stage.A large number of legal service providers are unable to handle the complex legal affairs of the"Belt and Road"Initiative.In order to break the current dilemma,the authors of this paper should focus on cultivating the talent with moral education,legal education,language education and humanistic characteristics of foreign-related legal talent.The authors also suggest to summarize and refine the training of foreign-related legal talent by taking the clarification the objectives and contents of vocational education,talent cultivating models,and encouraging active participation of various universities as the premise.The goal is to continuously improve the quality of China's supply of foreign-related legal talent through systematic methods,such as,optimizing the curriculum system,cultivating characteristic elites,and establishing foreign-related legal talent training college alliances.
