摘要
自“一带一路”倡议提出以来,我国迎来了对外发展的新阶段。涉外法治人才能为国家建设更好地把握发展机遇。除了国内一些高校开展了涉外法治人才培养模式的探索,部分外语类高校学校也纷纷作出面向非法学专业群体培育涉外法治人才的具体举措。然而,在现阶段也显现了目标虚化、规模有限、资源不足等问题。对此,文章提出应从内化培养目标、重视基础教育、完善资源助力等方面优化此类群体的培养路径。
Since the"the Belt and Road"initiative was put forward,China has ushered in a new stage of external development.Foreign-related legal talent can better grasp development opportunities for national construction.In addition to some domestic universities exploring the cultivation mode of foreign-related legal talent,some foreign language universities have also taken specific measures to cultivate foreign-related legal talent for non law professional groups.However,at this stage,there are also problems such as goal virtualization,limited scale,and insufficient resources.In this regard,the training path for such groups should be optimized from aspects such as internalizing training objectives,valuing basic education,and improving resource assistance.
