首批体育教育一流专业建设点人才培养方案与《国标》的契合度研究

Research on the Fit Between the Talent Training Plan of the First Batch of First-class Professional Construction Major of Physical Education and the "National Standard"

摘要运用文本分析法、文献资料法、比较研究法、数理统计法等研究方法,对国内首批33所高校体育教育一流专业建设点的人才培养方案进行分析比较,找出其结构特征及课程设置情况与《国标》的契合度,得出以下结论:(1)培养目标的定位与分类模糊;(2)培养规格的特色与层次不清晰;(3)与《国标》相关要求有差距。针对上述一流专业建设点人才培养方案在制定实施过程中的优势与不足提出相应的调整及优化策略,以期为推动高校及时调整体育教育专业人才培养方案和课程设置提供理论支撑和现实依据,为推进高校体育教育专业人才培养的高质量发展及《国标》的充分实施提供实践经验。 The study uses text analysis,literature data,comparative research,mathematical statistics and other research methods to analyze and compare the talent training programs of the first-class professional construction major of physical education in 33 colleges and universities and finds out its structural characteristics and the fit between its curriculum settings and the“National Standard”.The following conclusions are drawn:(1)The positioning and classification of training objectives are fuzzy;(2)The characteristics and levels of the training specifications are not clear;(3)There is a gap with the relevant requirements of the“National Standard”.It is suggested that the corresponding adjustment and optimization strategies be put forward according to the advantages and disadvantages of the talent training program in the process of making and implementing the first-class professional construction,in order to provide theoretical support and practical basis for promoting the timely adjustment of the talent training program and curriculum of physical education in colleges and universities.It provides practical experience for promoting the high-quality development of physical education talents training in colleges and universities and the full implementation of“National Standard”.
