摘要
按GB 150.1~150.4—2011《压力容器》进行法兰刚度指数计算时,在同等设计条件下,存在强度高材料法兰的刚度可能不合格,强度低材料法兰的刚度反而合格的问题。以某设备法兰为例,对存在问题的原因进行分析探讨,认为系国内外标准转换过程中法兰设计力矩M0取值差异造成的。建议在法兰刚度计算中按照ASME BPVC.Ⅷ-1《Rules for Construction of Pressure Vessels》的方法选取法兰设计力矩M0,以避免出现刚度指数与强度相关的问题。
In the calculation of flange stiffness index according to GB 150.1~150.4—2011“Pressure Vessels”,under the same design conditions the stiffness of high-strength material flanges may be unqualified,while the stiffness of low-strength material flanges may be qualified.Taking a certain equipment flange as an example,the reason for the problem was analyzed and discussed.It is considered that the conflictive results are caused by the difference of flange design torque M0 value selected during the standard conversion at home and abroad.It is suggested that the design torque M0 in the flange stiffness calculation should be selected according to ASME BPVC.Ⅷ-1“Rules for Construction of Pressure Vessels”to provent M0 stiffness index being related to strength.
