摘要
该文从重水堆核电机组燃料通道高压自紧式法兰结构分析出发,结合材料性能、系统工况、维修方式等对其密封失效的原因进行了详细的剖析,同时参考相关国内外标准,通过计算得出了燃料通道高压自紧式法兰在运行工况下所需的密封比压、联接螺栓力矩,对燃料通道高压自紧式法兰可靠性提升具有重要的指导作用。通过对密封性失效原因的深度分析,可以指导电厂从备件验收、系统控制、维修实施等角度有效提高燃料通道高压自紧式法兰的可靠性,同时为自主研发高燃料通道高压自紧式法兰维修工艺提供了重要理论基础。
Starting from the structural analysis of the high-pressure self tightening flange of the fuel passage of the heavy water reactor nuclear power unit,this paper analyzes the reasons for its seal failure in detail in combination with material properties,system operating conditions,maintenance methods,etc.At the same time,referring to rel‐evant domestic and foreign standards,the sealing specific pressure and connecting bolt torque required for the highpressure self tightening flange of the fuel passage under operating conditions are calculated,It plays an important guiding role in improving the reliability of high-pressure self tightening flange of fuel channel.The in-depth analysis of the causes of sealing failure can guide the power plant to effectively improve the reliability of the highpressure self tightening flange of the fuel channel from the perspectives of spare parts acceptance,system control,and maintenance implementation,and provide an important theoretical basis for independent research and development of the maintenance process of the high-pressure self tightening flange of the fuel channel.
