摘要
石化装置的设备泄漏问题一直是困扰炼化企业的难题,设备一旦泄漏,可能会发生火灾爆炸,人员中毒窒息,轻则影响装置连续生产,重则造成严重的经济损失甚至人员伤亡。尤其是近年来在原油劣质化和装置大型化、高参数化的背景下,设备泄漏问题更加突出。在对设备泄漏进行分析后发现,有一大部分泄漏的原因是螺栓法兰接头的泄漏,主要原因包括设计不合理、紧固安装质量不当等原因。螺栓法兰接头的紧固安装虽然有一些技术规范指导应用,但是该类规范与国内当前管理现状的适用性则值得进一步研究。利用有限元分析可以模拟紧固安装过程,获得大量数据,分析研究不同紧固安装方式的适用性,避免因紧固安装质量不当导致的螺栓法兰接头泄漏事故。
The problem of equipment leakage in petrochemical units has always been a difficult problem for petrochemical enterprises.Once the equipment leaked,it might generate fire and blast,even personnel poisoning and asphyxia.It would affect the continuous production of the unit,or cause serious economic loss and even casualties.Especially in recent years,under the background of inferior crude oil,large-scale and high-parameter equipment,the problem of equipment leakage was more prominent.After analyzing the leakage of the equipment,it was found that a large part of the leakage was caused by the leakage of the bolted flange joint,and the main reasons included unreasonable design,unqualified installation and so on.Although there were some technical specifications for the fastening and installation of bolted flange joints,the applicability of these specifications to the current management situation in China was worth further study.By using finite element analysis,it could simulate the fastening and installation process,obtain a large number of data,and analyze and study the applicability of different fastening and installation methods,to avoid the bolt flange joint leakage accident caused by improper fastening and installation quality.
